Manzanita Serivces Inc.


 

Manzanita
is a client-run, peer support program funded by grants, donations, and the Mental Health Services Act, through the Mendocino County Mental Health Branch. Founded on the basis of principles developed over the 30-year history of client-run, mutual support, self-help programming, identifying what helps people recover from severe emotional or mental illness. Manzanita Serivces is an evolving collaborative of participants and staff, firmly rooted in the belief that the individual ultimately knows what works best for them, especially in terms of what helps promote an effective recovery from severe emotional trauma.
